Your solar installation stays exactly as it is
A battery connected on the DC side often requires replacing or modifying the solar inverter. The Halo MS3000's AC coupling connects on the alternating current side, to the household grid. It works with all inverters on the market, and even without panels by charging exclusively from the grid.

Your off-peak hours work for you
In the HYXiPOWER app, enter your tariff: ENGIE Happy Heures Vertes, HC/HP or EDF Tempo. The AI then automatically schedules charging and discharging. At 1 500 W charging power, the 3 014 Wh battery is filled in approximately 2 hours, the duration of the ENGIE free window. Energy is discharged during the morning and evening peaks.

Each added module costs less per kWh
The inverter, electronics and meter are only paid for once. The MS3000B modules added later provide storage only and connect via the supplied CAN bus. The app automatically updates the total capacity. Above 15 kWh combined, the XP C 15-712-3 guide imposes installation conditions that must be checked.

Your essential appliances stay powered during an outage
In the event of a grid failure, the unit switches to off-grid mode and delivers up to 3 000 W. Your refrigerator, lighting, internet router and chargers remain powered. Runtime depends on the power of the connected appliances. Compact and IP66-rated, the unit can be installed indoors or on a terrace.

Frequently asked questions
« What exactly does this pack contain? »
The HYX-MS3000AC all-in-one unit, combining the bidirectional inverter and the 3 014 Wh battery, and the HYXI 2CT single-phase SmartMeter. There is no separate external battery: MS3000B modules can be added as an option.
« Are solar panels mandatory? »
No. Thanks to AC coupling, the unit can charge exclusively from the grid during your off-peak hours or the 2 free hours offered by ENGIE. With panels, it also stores your solar surplus and improves your return on investment.
« Is it difficult to install? »
The unit plugs into a standard 220 V socket and is configured in the HYXiPOWER app. The 2CT meter is installed in the electrical panel: we recommend having an electrician handle this step. Our team can assist you on 04 83 58 04 79.
« Is 3 kWh enough for me? »
3 kWh covers the evening and standby consumption of an apartment. Allow approximately 6 kWh for a household of 3 to 4 people and 9 kWh with a heat pump. Starting with 3 kWh lets you measure your actual usage before adding modules.
