A home solar installation often produces 3 000 to 4 000 W around midday. Small batteries reach their limit, and the remainder is sent to the grid. With 3 500 W AC input, the Solarbank Max AC captures up to 99% of this production. It then discharges to 100% and supports two cycles per day: you use your free energy morning and evening.

Backup
A power outage? You will not notice it
The integrated UPS function switches to off-grid mode in 10 milliseconds, without an additional module. The 3 680 W off-grid port powers your single-phase appliances: fridge, washing machine, lighting and computers. When the grid returns, the battery reconnects automatically. With the optional Power Dock Pro, backup power increases to 5 000 W continuously.

Expandability
From 7 kWh to 42 kWh, without rewiring
Start with the 7 kWh unit. Then add up to 5 BP7000 batteries, stacked without cables in less than 5 minutes, to reach 42 kWh. Higher energy needs are covered by connecting 3 systems in parallel: up to 10,5 kW of power and 126 kWh of energy storage.

Installation
Three connection options to suit your needs
The supplied Schuko plug provides an 800 W output by default. To use the full 3 500 W, choose a Wieland socket on a dedicated circuit or a fixed connection to the consumer unit, sold separately. In France, installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician, who issues the Consuel certificate and handles the connection request.

Your questions answered
« Is it legal in France, and is a Consuel certificate required? »
Yes, its use is legal. Have the installation carried out by a qualified electrician: they will obtain the Consuel certificate of conformity and submit the connection request to the grid operator on your behalf.
« I already have solar panels: is it compatible? »
Yes. The Solarbank Max AC is 100% compatible with third-party photovoltaic systems, on the roof or with microinverters. Combined with an Anker SOLIX or Shelly Pro 3EM / 3EM smart meter, it stores the surplus that would otherwise be sent to the grid.
« 3 500 W continuously: could my socket overheat? »
By default, the battery charges at 3 000 W and discharges at 800 W. Switching to 3 500 W can only be configured in the app after confirmation of a dedicated circuit. Full power is generally used for only 1 to 2 hours around midday, and the device is TÜV-certified.
« What happens if the grid goes down? »
The battery automatically switches to off-grid mode in 10 ms. The 3 680 W port powers your essential appliances, then the system reconnects automatically when power returns. No manual intervention is required.
