Components & technology

9 kW AC — maximum single-phase power

The Gateway HomeMax SP 12K delivers up to 9 kW of single-phase AC output, with 2 independent 16 A MPPT inputs. Enough to power a heat pump, an EV charger and the entire home simultaneously.

10 kWh LFP Battery — expandable to 54 kWh

Two SigenStor BAT 5.0 modules provide 10 kWh initially. Lithium iron phosphate chemistry: 6 000+ cycles, zero thermal runaway risk, operational from —20°C to +55°C. Add modules without interruption.

5-in-1 system — a single ecosystem

PV inverter, battery PCS, DC EV charger, battery pack and EMS in one Sigenergy system. One warranty contract, one app, one installer.

mySigen AI — automatic tariff arbitrage

The EMS analyses dynamic tariffs, weather and consumption habits to decide in real time when to store, consume or optimise energy value. Compatible with EDF Tempo and variable-price offers.

V2H & V2G — your car as part of the system

In the event of a power cut, a compatible electric vehicle supplies the home via V2H mode. In V2G mode, the stored energy is fed into the grid during peak hours.

Multi-surface mounting included

Compatible with tiled roofs, sheet metal roofs, flat roofs, façades or ground installation. The installer selects the optimal configuration according to your building.

Why choose this solar kit?

1

Maximum energy independence

9 kW + 10 kWh: covers heat pump heating, EV charging and overnight consumption for a large household. Up to 80% estimated annual energy independence.

2

The best ROI in the energy storage range

Estimated savings of between 2 500 and 3 000 €/year by combining solar production, tariff optimisation and overnight energy storage.

3

Ready for 25 years

Automatic OTA updates, battery expandability up to 54 kWh, V2G — this system evolves with the European electricity grid.

Energy independence
10 kWh: a full night off-grid
A French household consumes an average of 8 to 12 kWh between 18:00 and 08:00. With 10 kWh of LFP energy storage, this solar kit typically covers the entire overnight consumption — zero grid draw at night. The following morning, the 9 kWp of panels recharge the battery as soon as the sun rises. During the summer months, the self-consumption rate reaches 75 to 85% depending on the region.
10 kWh initial LFP capacity 75–85% estimated self-consumption Expandable to 54 kWh
Production
9 kWp: the power of a semi-professional installation
With 9 kWp of input power, the annual yield is estimated at between 9 000 and 12 000 kWh depending on the region and orientation — equivalent to 1.5 to 2 times the annual consumption of an average French household. Unstored surplus can be injected into the grid (Enedis agreement) or its value optimised via V2G using a compatible vehicle.

Intelligence
AI that makes the most of your tariffs
The mySigen EMS synchronises three data sources in real time: solar production forecasts (weather), your consumption curves and your supplier’s tariff signals. It anticipates peak periods to preserve the battery, and low-tariff periods to recharge it from the grid when necessary. All decisions are visible and auditable from the mySigen app.

Resilience
Continue living normally during a power cut
The SigenStor automatically switches to island mode during a grid outage: priority circuits (refrigerator, lighting, internet router, refrigerated medication) are powered without interruption. With V2H, the battery of a compatible electric vehicle can extend energy independence for several days — without a generator, fuel or noise.

Frequently asked questions
« What is the difference compared with the 6 kW / 8 kWh SigenStor solar kit? »
This solar kit increases capacity in two dimensions simultaneously: 9 kW AC vs 6 kW (50% more output power), and 10 kWh vs 8 kWh of energy storage. The difference is significant if you have a heat pump, a high-power EV charger or a large panel array. Above 7 kWp of production, the 9 kW model becomes necessary to prevent production clipping in the middle of the day.
« Is 9 kW single-phase authorised in France? »
Yes, subject to certain conditions. For self-consumption without injection, Enedis imposes no power limit. If you wish to inject surplus, a grid connection agreement is required from 3 kWp, and certain regions may limit the power injected on a single-phase connection. Our team will assist you with the procedures: 04 49 42 00 99.
« Is my electric vehicle compatible with V2H? »
V2H requires an electric vehicle equipped with V2X (Vehicle-to-Everything) technology — including Nissan Leaf models (since 2018), Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV, and more recently certain Hyundai/Kia models. Tesla, Renault and Peugeot vehicles do not yet support V2H as standard. Contact us to check your vehicle’s compatibility before choosing this option.
« Why not choose a three-phase system instead? »
The 9 kW single-phase system is sufficient for the vast majority of French detached houses connected to a single-phase supply. Three-phase is relevant if your electrical installation is three-phase (homes with more than 12 kVA, some industrial electric heating systems) or if you exceed 9 kW of required power. We also offer three-phase solutions — request a quotation.
