The Gateway HomeMax TP delivers 9 kW distributed evenly across the 3 phases of your installation. No phase imbalance and no adapter required — direct connection to your existing three-phase switchboard.

LFP battery sized to your needs

Stackable 5 kWh BAT modules from 5 to 54 kWh. LFP chemistry ensures 6,000+ cycles, zero thermal risk and operation from —20°C to +55°C — including in an unheated technical room.

Automatic phase balancing

The SigenStor EMS intelligently distributes battery charging and discharging across the 3 phases to maintain electrical balance — a technical requirement for any Enedis three-phase supply.

mySigen AI — dynamic three-phase tariffs

The algorithm manages phase-by-phase charging and discharging according to Enedis tariffs, consumption peaks and weather forecasts. Compatible with variable-price three-phase supplies.

V2H & V2G — three-phase power

In V2H mode, the electric vehicle supplies all 3 phases simultaneously — ensuring that all three-phase equipment (heat pump, oven, pump) remains operational during a power outage.

Why three-phase changes everything for your solar installation
In France, a three-phase supply (3×230V or 3×400V) must inject and draw energy in a balanced way across the 3 phases. A single-phase inverter connected to a three-phase meter creates an imbalance penalised by Enedis and reduces the system’s actual efficiency. The three-phase SigenStor is the only solution that natively meets this requirement while integrating energy storage, EMS and V2H.

Some equipment only operates on three-phase power: heat pumps >12 kW, professional ovens, fast DC chargers for electric vehicles, lifts, electric woodturning lathes… With this kit, these appliances are powered directly by solar production and the battery, without modifying the existing electrical wiring. The mySigen EMS coordinates charging and discharging according to the power demanded by each phase.

With 9,000 to 12,000 kWh produced per year and optimised energy storage, the self-consumption rate reaches 60 to 75% depending on the region and usage profile. The 12 kWp maximum Gateway allows you to add solar panels later without changing the core of the system.

Grid outage: all 3 phases maintained
In three-phase off-grid mode, the SigenStor maintains all 3 phases simultaneously — without disconnecting three-phase equipment. This is a fundamental difference from a single-phase backup inverter, which leaves 2 phases without power. The heat pump, EV charger and entire installation continue to operate normally. V2H adds the vehicle’s battery as an additional reserve.

« How can I tell whether my installation is three-phase? »
Check your Linky meter or electrical switchboard: a three-phase supply displays a capacity in kVA (e.g. 12 kVA, 18 kVA or 24 kVA) and your switchboard has 3 main residual-current circuit breakers. Your EDF bill will explicitly mention « three-phase » or « 3 phases ». If in doubt, an electrician can check it in 5 minutes — our team can also guide you by phone: 04 49 42 00 99.
« Can I install a single-phase inverter on a three-phase installation? »
Technically yes, but this is not recommended and may not be compliant. A single-phase inverter injecting into a three-phase grid creates a phase imbalance detected by the Linky meter. Enedis may reject the grid-connection agreement or require compliance work. With pure self-consumption without grid injection, it is tolerated, but you lose efficiency on 2 of the 3 phases. The proper solution is this kit.
« Is this kit suitable for mixed home — workshop or professional use? »
Yes, this is precisely one of the applications where three-phase power excels. A medical practice, craft workshop, gîte or guest house with a three-phase supply fully benefits from the 9 kW distributed across 3 phases. The EMS can also optimise according to two consumption profiles (working days vs. weekends), and V2G uses surplus energy during peak grid hours.
« What battery capacity do you recommend for a three-phase installation? »
Three-phase households generally consume more at night than single-phase households — heat pumps in night mode, EV charging control and professional equipment on standby.
